Grass Touch Golf is a free, fan-made online minigolf game. Last updated: 2026-06-11.

1. Acceptance

By playing Grass Touch Golf you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the game.

2. The game

Grass Touch Golf is a free, non-commercial, fan-made tribute to early-2000s tile minigolf. It is provided for personal entertainment only. There is no fee, and there are no in-game purchases. The site links to an optional “buy me a coffee” page for voluntary donations; donations are processed entirely by that third-party service, are never required, and grant no in-game benefit.

3. Accounts

You can play as a Guest or sign in with Google. The username you choose is public; your real Google name and email are never shown to other players. You are responsible for activity on your account, and you agree not to impersonate others or pick a username that is offensive or infringing.

4. Acceptable conduct

When playing or chatting, you agree not to:

• harass, threaten, or abuse other players;
• post hate speech, sexual content, or spam;
• cheat, exploit bugs, or attempt to disrupt the service or other players;
• attempt to access, scrape, or tamper with data that isn’t yours.

All chat (the public hub and the in-match chat) is automatically profanity-filtered and rate-limited to prevent spam, and usernames pass the same filter. Chat may be moderated, and accounts that break these rules can be removed without notice.

5. User content

You keep ownership of what you type in chat, but you grant us a limited right to display it to other players as part of running the game. Messages are visible to others and fade from view over time; copies may remain briefly in the database before automatic deletion.

6. Data

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: we store your account ID, username, optional photo, gameplay stats, presence, votes, and chat — only to run the game, never sold or used for ads.

7. Availability

The game is a hobby project offered “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee it will be online, bug-free, or that your data will be retained, and we may change or shut it down at any time.

8. Disclaimer & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grass Touch Golf and its maker are not liable for any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the game. There are no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to sign in and play online.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date above will change, and continued play means you accept the updated version.
